Please bring a copy of your pet's medical history for our doctors to review and add to your pet's record. If necessary, you may ask a previous veterinarian to fax records to us in advance at (619) 281-0379.

Through past experience, we have found it beneficial to prepare a list of questions or concerns to bring with you on your first visit. There can be lots of distractions for both you and your pet and even the most important questions may be forgotten.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete a new client information sheet.
